Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and Reading Reality, which is all about sharing the books that you’ve acquired in the past week!
The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager
I somehow missed putting this book in last week’s book haul so I’m adding it on to this one. I’ve already read this book and I loved it – I read it in one sitting and was completely gripped all the way through!
Dead Blind by Rebecca Bradley
I was certain that I’d already bought this book but when I went to look for it on my kindle the other day it wasn’t there. I’ve bought it now though and I can’t wait to read it, I love Rebecca Bradley’s writing.
It Ends With You by S. K. Wright
I requested this one on NetGalley on a whim as I loved the sound of the blurb. I was thrilled to be approved to read it and plan on picking it up very soon.
Open Your Eyes by Paula Daly
I was offered the chance to be on the blog tour for this book and I jumped at the chance as I’m such a huge fan of Paula Daly. I’m already halfway through this book and am hooked!
You Let Me In by Lucy Clarke
I’ve loved all of Lucy Clarke’s novels so when I spotted this new one on NetGalley I immediately downloaded it. I can’t wait to read it!
The Man I Think I Know by Mike Gayle
I used to love Mike Gayle’s novels but haven’t read one in absolutely ages. I saw this new one on Zoe Ball’s book club on Sunday and just had to get hold of a copy. I’m looking forward to reading this!
Have you got any new books recently? I’d love to know. Have you read any of the books in my book haul? Are there any that you recommend me getting to sooner rather than later? Feel free to leave a link to your own Stacking the Shelves post in the comments! 🙂

I really enjoyed Open Your Eyes
I’ve finished reading it and very much enjoyed it. It felt different to Paula’s previous books but I still found it hard to put down. I’m glad you enjoyed it too. 🙂
Ooh I really need to read Open Your Eyes! 🙂 I’m also a fan of Paula Daly’s writing.
I loved Open Your Eyes – I’ll have my review up on here tomorrow but I definitely recommend it. 🙂
You’ve given me some ideas! I love stacking my shelves, although most of the time they are digital shelves. I love a good suspense story so your new ones look good to me. I also just loaded my Kindle with a lot of new reads – it’s a good feeling. Happy reading!
My stacking the shelves post are a mix of digital and print books too. I read a lot on my kindle as it’s not as heavy as a book. I love adding books to my kindle too, it’s always fab to have lots of books to choose from. Happy reading to you too 🙂
I went to the dentist in the week, came out, walked past Oxfam, went in Oxfam and came out with three lovely non-fiction books – oops! https://librofulltime.wordpress.com/2018/07/18/book-review-christopher-mcdougall-born-to-run/
I can never resist a charity book shop either! You definitely deserved a treat after the dentist though. I shall go look at your book haul now 🙂
You’ve got some great reading in store for you, Hayley. I’m so pleased you’ve got the new Bradley; I think you’ll like it. And the rest look terrific, too. I hope you’ll enjoy them.
Thank you, I’m looking forward to reading all of them – especially Rebecca Bradley’s new one. 🙂
I have pre-ordered Open Your Eyes…and can’t wait! I love Paula Daly’s books.
It Ends with You looks good, too. Enjoy! Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
I hope you enjoy Open Your Eyes when you get it, I loved it.
Open Your Eyes is sounding good. Enjoy the rest of it 🙂
Thank you 🙂 Open Your Eyes was such a good read, I definitely recommend it.
Some good looking books. I like the cover you have for The Last Time I Lied better than the one I have. Hope you have a great week!
Thank you, I’m looking forward to reading them all. I haven’t seen the other cover for The Last Time I Lied but I like this because it matches my edition of his previous novel Final Girls.
Wow, nice to hear that The Last Time I Lied was good. I’ve been seeing that one about and it looks like a nice thriller. And ooh a new Lucy Clarke- I loved her book The Blue! I’ll need to check that one out.
I really enjoyed The Last Time I Lied, I recommend it. I couldn’t resist starting the new Lucy Clarke book at the weekend and I loved it. I hope you enjoy it if you decided to get it.
I’m curious about Dead Blind. Sounds like a good story.
Dead Blind sounds really intriguing, doesn’t it? I recently read another book where a character has face blindness so I’m curious to see what part it plays in this book.
Very nice haul of books this week. You got some books that I hadn’t heard of before.
Thank you 🙂
Glad you enjoyed The Last Time I Lied. I still need to explore Sager’s books. I am hearing nothing but great things! Hope you enjoy the rest 🙂
I really enjoyed both of Sager’s books so I recommend them. I just love books that keep me gripped all the way through. I hope you enjoy his writing if you decide to read his books. 🙂
Enjoy favour new books. They sound interesting.
